All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all beauty, skincare, cosmetic, and personal care product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.
Exceptions
A replacement or refund may be considered only if:
- You received the wrong product
- The item arrived damaged during shipping
- The product is defective upon arrival
To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
- Dissatisfaction with results
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered
- Requests made after the specified reporting period
Refund Processing
If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
